Nelson's journey started in 1972 when they chose to create their aquatic center in Danville, Illinois. They proudly offered a learn-to-swim program that welcomed the whole family, along with Nelson's Turtle USA Swim Team. As they discovered more opportunities to serve the community with aquatic programs, they eagerly began designing, developing, and offering new initiatives focused on safety, fitness, and overall wellness.
